Roman fixed my countertop microwave! Most places don't work on countertop microwaves because it's cheaper to buy a new one, which he was very upfront about, but I wanted it fixed; it just needed to have the CONNECTORS for the thermal cut-off switch replaced, not even the thermal cut-off switch, so throwing the whole thing out for such an easily repaired issue (when you know what you're doing) is rather short-sighted, I think, AND I hate buying new stuff all the time; just the time to drive back to the store I bought it from and bring it home would have taken longer than his repair!
Really pleased with service. Got the model number before hand and came prepared with research ready on what could be the issue, and as fixed quickly.
